Terms of Use

The following are simple rules that allow us to make the cabin available to guests without charging a cleaning deposit, so please comply so that we can keep it this way.

1) Cabin is to be left in the condition it was received.

                                  2) Change all linens on beds and leave soiled linen on floor beside beds. Linens are located in chest of drawers or in trunks up stairs

                                  3) Leave soiled towels on bathroom floors.

                                  4) Remove all trash. A trash bin is provided on old factory site rd. just before hwy 19.

                                  5) Leave all dishes clean and in cabinet.

                                  6) We stock most condiments and miscellaneous supplies, so please restock if you use up anything.

                                  7) The cabin will be open with a set of keys on the counter so that you may lock the cabin at any time you wish during your stay.

                                       Please leave the cabin unlocked when you check out. Please abide by the above rules and plan your 11 a.m. departure time by them.

You remaining balance will be due upon arrival and should be deposited into the black mailbox on the Cabin #2 side of the Cook Shack.
